A General Manager to oversee office operations, manage team objectives, and support customer relationship activities. This position focuses on maintaining effective processes and coordinating team engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily business functions and ensure operational consistency.
  • Coach team members on performance goals and customer service standards.
  • Participate in marketing and community initiatives.
  • Monitor progress toward agency objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $147,500.00 per year
